Enclosure to SP 87/3/6: memorandum requesting Marlborough to write to Robinson telling him to declare, if necessary, to the city of Hamburg that the queen approves of the measures taken by the principal powers of the circle to quell the disturbances, but is anxious that this should not affect troops intended for the campaign. Once the city is peaceful and an agreement made between the magistrate and the townspeople, the troops will be withdrawn. f. 23
