'Concert': that the armies of Germany and the Netherlands should form a third army on the Moselle under the orders of Prince Eugene of Savoy. The three armies should when necessary come to one another's assistance. Troops of the army of the Moselle are listed at letter 'A' and those of the elector of Brunswick [Hanover] at letter 'B'. The elector is to retain the cavalry regiments of the count de Mercy and Lobkowitz. Regarding artillery and munitions, Count de Rechteren is to press the German states which have promised them according to the lists made at Coblenz and Heilbronn. The same is to apply to horses. The army of the Moselle is to assemble between Coblenz and 'Rhinfelts' [?Rheinpfalz] between 20 and 29 May, and the army of the upper Rhine at the same time. Prince Eugene is to take no more than a dozen pieces of imperial artillery. Dated at Hanover. ff.20, 21
