Marlborough to Harley: he is now content with the queen's letter to the czar. He encloses copies [SP 87/2/367, 368] of two resolutions of the states [general] regarding Palatine troops serving in Spain. [Franz Adolf, Baron] Zinzerling has gone to Düsseldorf to make representations to the elector, and Marlborough has written asking him to order their embarkation. Dated at camp at Helchin. ff. 741,742
