He encloses his letter to the council of state [of the Spanish Netherlands] [SP 87/2/242] concerning trade and their reply [SP 87/2/243]. The French have entered Madrid thanks to the tardiness of King Charles. Dated at camp at Helchin. ff. 485, 486
