Marlborough to Harley: he hopes soon to send back the transports with the three regiments. Progress of the siege of Ostend. On its fall he will begin the embarkation of troops for Spithead. The Prussians and Hanoverians are at Ninove, covering Brussels. Letters from Madrid report that King Charles and Lord Galway are advancing on that city. The duke [Philip V of Spain] and duchess of Anjou are going to Pamplona. The French fear an attack on Dunkirk. Dated at camp at Harlebeck. ff. 462, 462A
