Marlborough to Harley: Overkirk has arrived before Ostend with all the troops for the siege, and the artillery will arrive from Ghent the next day. M. Fagel has obliged the garrison of Plasendael to surrender prisoners of war. He marches next day to Rousselaer to cover the siege. Dated at camp at Aarsele. PS. that he has received the ratification of the treaty for the Hessian troops. ff. 451,452
