Marlborough to Harley: Antwerp has capitulated, the governor having refused the French access to the citadel. The Spanish and Walloons will probably declare for King Charles [III of Spain]. Barcelona has been relieved. Marlborough is having copies of the king's letters printed. Dendermonde and Ostend have refused to surrender. Dated at camp at Arzele. ff. 440, 441
