Description

Secret agreement whereby the queen and the states general, in accordance with the third secret article of the treaty of 1702, engage to the permanent cession of the fortress and bailiwick of Rheinfels to the landgrave of Hesse-Cassel in return for his supplying 9,000 to 10,400 troops for service in Italy.
