Description

Marlborough to M. Geldermalsen (extract): he is not in a position to engage extra troops without parliament's consent. He corrects Geldermalsen's arithmetic [calculation in margin]. Vienna should be responsible for some of the extra expense of provisions and forage. ff. 436, 437
