The Dutch are ready to make the loan to the emperor [Joseph I], but require security. The difference between the duke of Savoy and Count Starhemberg has been resolved. Dated at The Hague. PS. that letters from France say that the allies have taken Barcelona and that the siege of Turin is to proceed. ff. 331, 332
