Marlborough to Harley: the [grand] pensionary, the president of the week and others are willing to give him all the powers they can [to negotiate] in Vienna. The Dutch are ready to make the loan to the emperor [Joseph I], but require security. The difference between the duke of Savoy and Count Starhemberg has been resolved. Dated at The Hague.
