He has sent the lord treasurer an account of the proceedings on the Meuse, where the allies have wasted a great opportunity. The Lüneburgers and Hessians have joined. He and Prince Louis are commanding on alternate days. Dated at camp at Ebersbach [an der Fils]. ff. 69, 70
