Marlborough [to Nottingham]: he has sent an old regiment to Breda to replace Meredyth's, which is newly raised, and therefore unfit for Portugal. The four regiments to go should be Portmore's, Stanhope's, Steward's and Bridges's. They will be sent to Breda and 's-Hertogenbosch, from whence they can be embarked at Willemstad within 24 hours.
