Description

Policy on the emigration of African labourers from the protectorate. Includes a copy of the Salisbury Agreement between the Governments of Southern Rhodesia, Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland, and Regulations of Contracts of Employment of Indigenous Workers (Geneva, International Labour Office, 1938), an extract from the proceedings of the twenty-fifth session of the International Labour Conference held in Geneva.
