For Sale 1822', showing the Queen's Lease estate at Bray, with lots numbered 1-10, names of some purchasers and adjacent proprietors, footpath, a road with stiles. No scale shown. Compass star. Engraved by Rowe, Bedford Street, Bedford Row. MS annotations on (3) show the names of all the eventual purchasers of each lot or group of lots
