Ordnance Survey of England and Wales. Diagram of Berkshire shewing civil parishes with a table of their areas and the numbers of their 1-inch indexes': map showing one-inch [New Series] sheetlines and sheet numbers. Table of parishes. Scale: 1 inch to 4 miles. Heliozincographed and published at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1900. Coloured MS additions show boundaries of 'Proposed new district comprising the parishes of Bisham, Bray, Cookham, Hurley, Maidenhead, Shottesbrooke, Waltham St Lawrence & White Waltham' and 'Proposed new Reading District'. Map referred to in Order in Council of 13 June 1913 for the division of the Reading Coroner's District into two new districts.
