Signed by R P Ellis on behalf of F G Randell, 25 February 1908. Initialled on behalf of J Wilson, Engineer's Office, Liverpool Street Station, 20 February 1908. Examined by H.L.D. Originally enclosed with letter of 29 February 1908 from M. Peppercorne, Secretary, Great Eastern Railway.
