'Plan of Hull Docks' (on dorse of plan) showing site of proposed quay and parts of the town and garrison. Buildings in elevation. No scale shown. Annotated: 'NB. The place marked in this Draught as proper for a Key, is at present grass ground 240 yards long and 80 yards broad in the middle. And is the property of the Crown, not conveyed to any person by Lease or otherwise'. Originally filed with report of Robert Mylne and John Robson to the Customs Commissioners, dated 23 April 1767; possibly surveyed by them.
