Plan and sections of proposed line and deviation of the Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway, Staffordshire, from the crossing over the road from Bentley Heath to Walsall. The total length of the line is given as 5 miles, 7 furlongs, 6 chains, 50 links. Inset: enlarged plan of Walsall. Scale: horizontal 1 inch to 132 yards; inset 1 inch to 44 yards;. A pencilled note reads, 'To be returned to Messrs Underhill.' Extracted from the Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway Act, 1865.
