Cardiff: plan of the Pontoon and Channel Dry Dock. Compass indicator. Initialed by H.H.B. Stamped in the Cardiff Railway Company Engineer's Office, 7 August [19]19. A pencilled note reads, 'Handed to us by Mr Bird 21 Aug. [19]19.' Coloured MS additions show 2,350 square yards of land near the Bute Docks referred to in a draft lease, dated 31 December 1921, between the Cardiff Railway Company and the Cardiff Channel Dry Docks & Pontoon Company Ltd.
