No scale shown. Lithographed by C F Kell, Holborn, London. Signed by William Shelford, Chief Engineer, Westminster, and G Bohn, Acting Engineer, Hull. Originally enclosed with print of a letter dated 31 December 1883 from Gerard Smith, Chairman, Hull and Barnsley and West Riding Junction Railway and Dock Company, to the Proprietors.
