'Hull, Barnsley & West Riding Junction Railway & Dock Company. "Alexandra" Dock (under construction) to be completed 1884 and Proposed Extension Authorised 1882'. Plan showing dock works under construction: dock, embankment, lock and graving docks. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. Compass indicator. Lithographed by Thomas Kell & Son, 40 King Street, Covent Garden. Originally enclosed with print of a letter dated 31 December 1883 from Gerard Smith, Chairman, Hull and Barnsley and West Riding Junction Railway and Dock Company, to the Proprietors.
