Initialled on behalf of J Wilson, Engineer's Office, Liverpool Street Station, 14 October 1908. Examined by 'H.L.D.' Originally enclosed in a letter dated 26 October 1908 from M Peppercorne, Secretary, Great Eastern Railway.
