Morriston. 'Plan of the Pentrepoeth Estate, Morriston, the property of Lady Lyons... .' with MS additions showing lots bought by Swansea Education Authority. Scale: 1 inch to about 100 feet. Compass star. C F Kell & Son, Tothill Street, Westminster. James & James, Surveyors & Land Agents, Swansea. Originally enclosed in letter of 2 June 1919. A reference key to lots to be sold on 1 May 1919, with names of lessees, remains in ED 16/398.
