'Map of Uganda Protectorate'. Published by the Royal Geographical Society, [1899]. Title extended in MS to read: 'Map of Uganda Protectorate Showing Relative Density of the Native Population and Settlements of Europeans etc.'. Coloured MS additions by H H Johnston show missionary settlements, government stations, Uganda Railway depots, boundary. MS reference table. Signed by H H Johnston, to illustrate his preliminary report on the Protectorate of Uganda, April 1900. Endorsed: 'In Sir H. Johnston's No 101 May 25 1900'.
