Southern half of ['Map of Uganda Protectorate and the Territories to the north Explored by the Macdonald expedition 1897-1898']. Published by the Royal Geographical Society, [1899]. Added MS title reads: 'Map of Uganda Protectorate showing distribution of chieftainships among adherents of different religions in the Kingdom of Uganda'. Coloured MS additions and reference table show distribution of chieftainships among Roman Catholics, Protestants and Muslims. Signed by H H Johnston, Special Commissioner. Extracted from Johnston's despatch no 73 of 6 April 1900.
