[George F A Whitlock], Captain RE, 7 August 1903. Countersigned by Louis Jackson, Lieutenant Colonel RE, and Captain Glauning, Yola-Chad Boundary Commissioners, 10 August 1903. This map was subsequently zincographed as IDWO 1819 at the Intelligence Department, War Office, December 1903.
