Removal of Cuban insurgents from Turks Islands to Jamaica by the HMS Phoenix; with correspondence from the commander of the Spanish ship Blasco de Garay, and a detailed report from the Commissioner, Robert Baxter Llewelyn, who believes that General Antonio Maceo is not fighting in the Turks Islands for 'Cuba Libre' but for the blacks versus the white Sir Anthony Musgrave, Governor of Jamaica, Turks Islands No. 269
