Description

'Colonial Medical Services Committee. Minutes of meetings and of evidence taken before the committee, together with correspondence.' The last three pages of the print comprise a circular despatch, dated 30 August 1921, written by Winston Churchill as Secretary of State for the Colonies. The report of the Colonial Services Medical Committee was published as British parliamentary command paper Cmd. 939.
