'Colonial Conference 1902. Conference between the Secretary of State for the Colonies and the Premiers of self-governing colonies. Minutes of proceedings and papers laid before the conference.' The conference covered a wide variety of subjects, and there is a table of contents and an index to proceedings. The appendices contain detailed statistics on colonial imports and exports. There is also information on naval expenditure throughout the British Empire, and tables showing the dispersal of British ships and those of the principal foreign powers of the time.
