Description

'The judgment of the Master of the Rolls in the case of the Bishop of Natal v. Gladstone.' The judgment, which found in favour of the plaintiff, John William Colenso, Bishop of Natal, relates to the payment to the bishop of annual income from the endowment of the Bishopric of Natal.
