Description

'Case of the Bishop of Natal.' Judgment by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in the case involving the Bishop of Natal, John William Colenso, and the Bishop of Cape Town, in which the proceedings and sentence against the Bishop of Natal were pronounced null and void.
