Description

This series contains registered files of successive divisions of the Ministry of Technology responsible for the electronics industry and (from 1969) the computer industry. This series relates to involvement with the scientific instruments sector. Subjects covered include the rationalisation of the nucleonic industry, and the automatic analysis of cytological smears and chromosomes.

Some files have been re-registered from an earlier LS series which used three part file numbers.
