Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. W A Nesfield (signed). Also signed by Arthur Mackie and John Stewart [nurserymen], parties to the contract to which the drawing was attached, still in C 103/3. Referred to in report of 28 May 1852. Dimensions of sheets: (10) 67 cm x 72.5 cm; (11), (12) 48.5 cm x 71 cm
