Plan of details for the forecourt and gardens, referred to in report of 28 May 1852. (12) 3A. General plan of the grounds around the mansion and the approaches, showing the required finished levels. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. W A Nesfield (signed). Also signed by Arthur Mackie and John Stewart [nurserymen], parties to the contract to which the drawing was attached, still in C 103/3. Referred to in report of 28 May 1852. Dimensions of sheets: (10) 67 cm x 72.5 cm; (11), (12) 48.5 cm x 71 cm
