Folio 12. Onslow Burrish, agent for the Muscovy Company, from Petersburgh to Harrington, giving a history of trade between Persia and various countries and asking for an amendment in the Act of Navigation to allow Persian goods, transported through Muscovy, to be imported into England. This, he considers, is the only means whereby our trade and influence there can be extended.
