Commissioner Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dock. Cannot send off the beds to Admiral Balchen as he sailed with his ships from St Helens, yesterday. They will be sent to the Grafton and Bristol at Plymouth. Receipt of warrants confirming the contract made with Benjamin White for timber, to receive fishing gear, to receive brimstone, turpentine, Sweeds Iron and ash rafters from Deptford, to inform on which ships need carpenters and to allow Captain Knowles to copy the Litchfield's muster book. Request for warrants to appoint John Wall carpenter of the Blandford and Diamond and William Bourne, gunner of the Diamond
