Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dock. Receipt of letter that Mr. Winnington has been directed to prosecute the persons who have not paid for their stores and to ask to payment for warehouse room to those who have paid but not removed their stores and warrants to enter 20 rigger's labourers, to make out a bill to George Leycester for the six panes of stone ground glass for the Dublin Yacht, to employ the workmen two tides a day at the North Dock, to measure all plank and board at the top end, to receive canvas from Deptford and to refresh the paint work of the Oxford's Great Cabin. Encloses a bill to Francis Whitworth for New Forest timber and a letter about the absence of Case Billingsley, Purser of the Victory.
