Description

Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dock. Encloses letters from the Master Shipwright to work two tides a day and enter a team of horses on the North Dock and from the Master Attendant reminding of the request for thirty riggers labourers. Warrant received to allow leave to Daniel Weller, carpenter of the Hastings
