Description

Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dock. Encloses letter from Mr. Sutherland and Mr. Poole about the knee supposedly stolen from the New Forest. Has spoken to Robert Callen and received his confession. Recommends the prosecution of Thomas Tucker, a known previous offender. Encloses the return of musters and the weekly account
