Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dock. Will order the Purveyor to report on the timber and plank from Benjamin White. Receipt of warrants to increase the companies of the Lancaster, Ipswich, Berwick and Plymouth, to extend William Bryant's contract and to re-enter John Oldmeadow, shipwright and John Bricknell, sailmaker.
