The list is arranged alphabetically by Branches of Orders, within the piece ranges 1-43 which cover the years 1951-60 and pieces 44-77 which cover 1961-70. There are a few exceptions to this arrangement and this is normally where the Order ceased to function before the end of the 9 year cycle.
