This series consists of rules, amendments to rules, annual returns, and various statutory documents of: (a) Trade Unions registered under the Trade Unions Acts and removed from the Register after 1912; (b) of unregistered Trade Unions which had political objects as defined in S 3(3) of the Trade Union Act 1913, and which subsequently ceased to have political objects; and (c) of unregistered Trade Unions certified as Trade Unions within the meaning of S 2(3) of the 1913 Act, whose certificates were subsequently withdrawn. The files of unregistered Trade Unions in categories (b) and (c) above are indicated by an asterisk in the list.
