Name of criminal: Cockburne, Michael Crime: Murder of Thomas Dunn Sentence: Death Where tried or confined: Assizes for co. Warwick. Condition of pardon: ----- Remarks: Not one favourable circumstance appeared in the whole case which might have induced the judge to reprieve Cockburne or recommend him for mercy.
