Mordecas and Tweed, William Crime: Felony Sentence: Death, but pardoned Where tried or confined: Newgate Object of petition: To be discharged without fees A note from Sir W. Thompson to Delafaye, written on the back, states that the petitioners have stated their case wrongly and want a warrant for a pardon and to be bailed to plead it. If it could be granted today they may be discharged this evening. If not they must stay till next sessions.
