Petition of Dirk Wonters, mariner, a Dutchman, prisoner in the King's Bench Prison in Southwark, showing that he is unable to find bail for his appearance before the Justices of Assize for the Western Circuit to plead the pardon granted him for the murder of Thomas Jeffs and praying liberty to sue out a separate pardon in the King's Bench.
