Description

Folios 108-109. Covering letters. The enclosures not forthcoming. Newcastle, from Whitehall to Board of Trade. Copy of an affidavit of the master of an English vessel that was plundered and carried away from Sta. Cruz by a French ship of war, whose crew also destroyed two other English sloops at anchor there.
