Encloses a copy of the Bishop of Lincoln's letter [see folios 93-95] relating to the dispensation of residence granted to the Dean of the Catherdal in consideration of his great age and infirmities, desires an opinion upon it and directions most proper to be sent in answer to the Bishop.
