Folios 45-46. J. Couraud to [Delafaye]. Office matters. Encloses papers concerning the Queen's answer to the French King's notification of birth of the Dauphin and to acquaint Mr. Walpole that the style in that letter is not right, it being Madame ma soeur et cousine, whereas the appellation of cousine should be omitted. Sates that Mr. Scrope says that there is not the least room for mercy to the persons about whom Mr. Eckersall wrote yesterday.
