Folios 31-34. [Newcastle] from Kensington to Townshend. Orders have been given to the yachts and the officers of the Green Cloth as to the King's return to England; Lord Torrington goes with the yachts, he having desired the honour of attending his Majesty upon this occasion; Randal the messenger is reserved as being the best here, to go with the yachts and carry the news of their arrival in Holland, that his Majesty may have the speediest notice of it that is possible. Sends this by Walton, looking upon him as the messenger where who next to Randal, will make the quickest despatch. The new draft of the treaty with Spain with its separate and secret articles has been received and will be communicated to the lords on Monday next. Congragulates his lordship upon the termination of the late dispute with Prussia. Foul draft and draft, both marked 'altered'.
