Folios 146-147. Nathaniel Whaley, clerk, to the King. Petition for licence to employ Thomas Lutwyche, Esq.K.C. in a cause in quare impedit to be heard in parliament on a writ of error from the court of King's Bench in which his Majesty is named as a party at the suit of Hugh, Lord Bishop of Ardmagh, and Nathaniel Whaley, clerk, rector of Ardmagh.
