Folios 80-81. Carkesse from Customhouse, London to Delafay. Hugh Donaldson, a tidesurveyor in the Port of London, stopped some printed papers from a passenger who was going to carry them ashore from the Duke of Charos. The Commissioner have directed him to wait on you with the said papers and desire you to lay them before the Duke of Newcastle.
